We’re currently looking for an all-star to join our team!
As the teenagers on our crew gear up for post-secondary, we’re looking to add someone to our farm family here at Central Park Farms.
This is an entry level position with lots of opportunities to learn and develop a wide range of skills.
Shop Help/Farm Hand: Langley
Jobs include but are not limited to:
Pricing inventory
Helping pick orders
Cleaning the shop
Helping feed animals if/when needed
Assisting with inventory
Helping customers when they pick up their orders
Restocking freezers
Picking up meat from the butcher shop (we provide the vehicle)
The right candidate must:
Be able to lift heavy boxes of meat
Have a valid driver’s license (class 7 is fine)
Be willing to be a Jack/Jill of all trades
Bonus points if:
Comfortable on a computer (we run Mac)
Have some experience with livestock
What you need to know:
Starting wage, $17/hour to start with an increase to $18/hour after 3 month probation.
We will train — We are not expecting you to know how to do everything, we just need you to be ready and willing to learn.

We aren’t rushing the hiring process and want to find the best possible fit. Work can start as early as March 1st if we find the ideal candidate.
Hours will vary between 25-40 hours per week, again based on how the right candidate works out.
