Servings: Six 2oz patties
Cooking instructions: For best results, thaw overnight in the fridge. Pat cakes dry with a paper towel. Heat some oil and butter in a frying pan, add cakes, and cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes per side. Crab is cooked so just crisp on the outside and warm on the inside.
Ingredients: Rock crab, mayo, eggs, grainy mustard, sweet peppers, red onions, garlic, gluten free bread crumbs, lemon, herbs and spices.
