Smoked Pork and Maple Mustard Beans

Made by Chef Adrian Beaty, these beans are incredible over eggs on toast. Add fresh sliced tomatoes for a quick and easy breakfast.

Cooking instructions: Bring pot of water to a boil. Reduce heat. Put bag of beans in the water for 5-10 minutes until hot (165F).

Chef’s tip: Serve with farmer’s sausage and poached eggs or as a side for bbq’d meats.

Ingredients: Oil, onions, smoked pork, white beans, ketchup, maple syrup, mustard and apples.
