Farm-Fresh Camping Eats

There’s just something about food cooked outside because, if you ask us, it always tastes better. Whether you’re sitting around a summer campfire or bundled up in the fall, the key is keeping meals simple, fun, and packed with flavour. We’ve been cooking with some of our favourite farm staples outdoors lately, and here are a few easy ideas to take on your next trip:

Campfire Nachos
We used our chicken chorizo to build these cheesy, smoky nachos right in a cast iron skillet. Layered with beans, corn, cheese, and fresh toppings, they’re perfect for sharing around the fire.

Classic Hot Dogs
It doesn’t get more campy (or fun) than hot dogs cooked over the flames. A true camping must.

The Perfect Breakfast
Grab a loaf of local sourdough and pair it with our bacon, eggs, and baked beans. We added a spoonful of salsa verde for a little kick. It’s hearty, cozy, and exactly what you want first thing in the morning. And of course, don’t forget the coffee — somehow it just always tastes better outside.

Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Our ready-to-go pulled pork makes campsite meals a breeze. Just reheat, pile onto soft buns, add some quick slaw, and serve with chips and a cold beer.

Chili Nights
For cooler evenings, nothing beats our pre-made chili by Chef Adrian. Warm it up, pile on your favourite toppings (we love cheese, sour cream, and green onions), and you’ve got the ultimate camp comfort food.

Whether you’re camping under summer stars or cooking outdoors in crisp fall air, our farm staples make it easy to eat well without the fuss.
