Our delicious split pea and ham soup made by Chef Adrian using our pasture raised pork. This soup is gluten and dairy free.

Cooking instructions: Thaw overnight for best results. Empty contents into thick bottomed pot. Stir over medium heat until hot and 165F.

Ingredients: Split peas, house smoked pork hocks, celery, carrot, onion, garlic, fresh herbs and spices.
