This meat-free lasagna is a favourite of Kendall’s and is rich and creamy. It’s the same regular size as our pot pies and other lasagnas — feeds 2.

Cooking instructions: Cook from frozen. Place in preheated 375F oven. Bake for 60 minutes. Remove top and parchment paper. Increase heat to 400F and bake 20-30 more minutes until golden and internal temp is 165F. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Ingredients: mozzarella, onions, flour, garlic, squash, mushrooms, herbs and spices.
