Chef Adrian brings years of professional kitchen experience into our farm store, pairing real culinary training with a deep respect for ingredients and where they come from.
Before bringing his business Salt & Thyme to Central Park Farms, he worked in fast-paced restaurant kitchens including his own, Seasonal 56, honing his skills in everything from foundational technique to thoughtful, seasonal cooking. Now, he brings that same care and precision to every dish created in our on-farm kitchen.
His approach is practical, approachable, and rooted in simple, high-quality ingredients, with a focus on helping home cooks feel confident in their own kitchens. His classes are a natural extension of that work: small, hands-on, and designed to build real skills you’ll actually use.
Whether you’re joining a group session or booking a more personal experience, you’ll learn directly from a chef who cares deeply about flavour, technique, and nourishing people well.
