Each package contains 6 pepperoni sticks and like all our sausages, these are gluten* and dairy free.
Central Park Farms chicken is free-range meaning our birds live in a barn with full 24/7 outdoor access after they reach 14 days, and they’re fed a non-GMO diet that’s free of corn and soy. We never treat our chickens with medications or antibiotics.
Our chickens are processed at a local provincially inspected abattoir that we know well and trust deeply then our local craft butchers make the pepperoni for us.
*Please note that although they don’t contain gluten, our butcher is not a gluten free facility so although unlikely cross contamination is possible.
