This is a bone in ham and perfect as the centrepiece for a special meal or for when you want left overs. These hams are ready now.
These are fresh and for pick up only. Please note that some small hams may not have a bone based on how they’re cut.
We regularly have customers tell us we have the best ham they’ve ever tasted.
Our ham is sulphite and nitrate free.
Cooking instructions: Since they’re fully cured, simply warm through in the oven, slice, and serve.
At Central Park Farms, our pigs are raised exclusively on pasture here in Langley, BC. Our meat comes from animals that are never treated with medications or antibiotics and like all pork raised in Canada is raised without growth hormones.
Our pigs are processed at a local provincially inspected abattoir that we know well and trust deeply.
