Our frozen Wild Sockeye Salmon Patties are made by Chef Adrian Beaty with wild sockeye salmon and all natural ingredients. Zero preservatives so you can feel good about serving them to your family. As good as homemade only easier!

Servings: Two 4oz patties

Cooking instructions: For best results, thaw overnight in the fridge. Pat cakes dry with a paper towel. Heat some oil and butter in a frying pan, add cakes, and cook over medium heat 4-5 minutes per side, or till an internal temperature of 165F. Alternatively, brown in a frying pan and finish cooking in a pre heated 350F oven till an internal temperature of 165F.

Ingredients: Wild Sockeye salmon, green onions, capers, lemon, mayo, grainy mustard, gluten free breadcrumbs, herbs and spices
